Awarded in 1968 at the Smau Industrial Design Award, the Congress bookcase by Lips Vago still stands out today for its unmistakable design and for its extraordinary qualities of sturdiness, self-portability, load capacity, safety, flexibility and ease of insertion in any context of use, both domestic and professional.

Available in two basic colors, black and white, it is made up of uprights and shelves in oven-painted sheet steel that can be easily assembled.

The shelf is made of virtually indestructible sheet steel. . The hot painting (the process used for cars), the quality of the paints and the accuracy of the finishes ensure that Congress always looks like it did on day one.
